All patients can self refer for immediate treatment.

If you propose to claim for treatment through your medical insurance policy please be aware that most insurance companies require initial referral for physiotherapy from your GP prior to commencement of treatment.

Payments are payable at the end of each appointment unless I am registered as a provider with your insurance company such as BUPA or AXAPPP. In which case your insurance company will be billed direct on production of your insurance authorisation number. 

You are however responsible for any excesses or exclusions on your policy.

Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee at the Physiotherapist’s discretion.
